CraftNation.com started its digital life in the UK as a mash-up on Google Maps in response to a request for designers to leave their placemark. We had over 100,000 pages views in six weeks. We were initially uninspired by the lack of geo-ethical social shopping tools associated with finding unique gifts made locally, so we decided to build our own network which would help facilitate a gap in the market to help you discover unique, boutique presents and gift ideas made in your area.
